1. Agreement Overview

Welcome to services provided by Beijing Lingxi Ruisi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "company"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and us regarding your use of our application ("App") and related services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Requirements

• This software is suitable for learners of all ages. Minors should use this software under the guidance of parents or guardians
• You need to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information for registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it in a timely manner

2.2 Account Security

• You should properly safeguard your account and password, and are responsible for all activities under your account
• You should notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to require you to reset your password or take other security measures when necessary

3. Service Content and Usage Rules

3.1 Service Content

We provide a learning application that offers exam preparation, vocabulary learning, listening, speaking, reading, and writing training features. The specific service content is subject to what is actually provided in the App, and we reserve the right to update or adjust the service content at any time.

3.2 Usage Rules

When using our services, you must comply with the following rules:

• Comply with the laws and regulations of China and your region
• Respect the intellectual property rights and privacy rights of others
• Do not upload, publish, or disseminate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the services
• Do not use our services for any commercial activities unless explicitly authorized by us

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the App and its content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, code, interface design, layout framework) belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Without prior written consent from us or the relevant rights holders, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works in any way.

4.2 User Content

The intellectual property rights of the content you create, upload, or share through the App ("User Content") belong to you. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, display, and distribute such User Content to provide and improve our services.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Subscription and Payment

• We provide both free and paid services, with specific pricing standards as announced in the App
• You can pay subscription fees through in-app purchases, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods
• Subscription fees may be adjusted according to market conditions, and we will notify you before any adjustments

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Some subscription plans may be set to auto-renew. Auto-renewal will automatically charge and extend your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, unless you cancel the auto-renewal before the current subscription expires.

5.3 Refund Policy

In principle, completed paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by law. In special circumstances, you may contact our customer service team, and we will handle it based on the specific situation.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Guarantee

We will make our best efforts to ensure the continuity and reliability of the services, but we cannot guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by internet connection issues, device compatibility, force majeure, or other reasons.

6.2 Scope of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or the cost of substitute services.

7. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. After the Agreement is modified, we will post a notice in a prominent location in the App. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should stop using our services.

8. Account Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your account at any time. After account cancellation, your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that account cancellation is an irreversible operation, and you will not be able to recover your account and related data after cancellation.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court in Beijing.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and representations, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
